GENERAL CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS FORTHE PROVISION OF TRAVEL SERVICES

1. What is the subject of this document?

The subject of this document is the contractual terms intended for tours and other tourism services which

is provided by our travel agency M&J United s.r.o. , located at Lidická 700/19, Veveří, 602 00Brno, IČ: 19942061, to its clients on the basis of a tour contract.

These general terms and conditions are an integral part of the tour contract or the contract for the provision of tourism services and together they create the legal framework for us to be able to provide you with our unique services in the field of luxury travel.

Unless otherwise stated in this document, the rights and obligations regulated in these general terms and conditions apply similarly to the contract for the provision of tourism services.

2. From when is the contract binding on me?

The contract is binding for both parties at the moment of its conclusion.

The contract can be concluded both in writing, including in the form of e-mail communication, and also by so-called implicit negotiation (typically by payment of the price).

If the contract is concluded in the form of e-mail communication or by implicit negotiation, the contract is binding from the moment of your acceptance of the offer within the period specified in the offer. In the event of concluding a tour contract, we will send you a so-called tour confirmation. In the case of concluding a contract for the provision of a tourism service, we will send you a confirmation of the service order and an invoice for payment of the price for the ordered service.

Until your acceptance of the offer, we reserve the right to withdraw this offer. We would withdraw our offer only if it is not possible for us to implement the offer in full due to events that occurred after sending our offer and which we could not influence in any way.

3. Where can I find information about the tour or individual tourism services?

Information regarding your tour or tourism service is contained in the written and signed contract and these general terms and conditions. If a signed tour contract has not been concluded between us, then all the necessary information can be found in the so-called tour confirmation, which we sent you after you accepted the tour offer. In the event that we have not concluded a signed contract for the provision of a tourism service, information regarding the travel service ordered by you can then be found in the confirmation of the service order.

No later than seven (7) days before your departure, we will contact you to provide you with additional necessary information regarding your tour or other tourism services, in particular the planned departure time, check-in deadlines, transport connections and arrival time, unless this information is already included in the tour contract or tour confirmation. At the same time, we will hand you any transport documents, vouchers or receipts, if you do not have them with you yet and if these documents are necessary for the performance of the services.

However, if you have any questions or ambiguities regarding your tour or the tourism service you have ordered, we are ready to answer your questions at any time and provide you with all the necessary assistance.

4. What are the payment terms?

The total price for the tour is included in the tour contract, or in the travel confirmation (if issued). In the tour contract, or the tour confirmation (if issued) states any costs that are not included in the price. In the case of concluding a contract for the provision of an individual tourism service, the total price is indicated on the invoice, which is sent to you together with the order confirmation.

The method of payment of the tour price is regulated by the tour contract, or travel confirmation (if issued). However, if the contract does not state anything like that, 50% of the price is paid within5 days of concluding the tour contract and the remaining 50% within 30 days before the start of the tour. In the case of concluding a contract for the provision of an individual tourism service, the method of payment of the price is indicated on the invoice, which is sent to you together with the order confirmation.

In the event that the price or part of it is not paid properly and on time, we have the right to withdraw from the contract and at the same time demand from you the payment of the cancellation fee, which is stated in the contract, and if this is not the case, then according to point 8of these general terms and conditions.

5. What are my obligations before departure and during the trip or when using individual tourism services?

In order to be able to ensure the realization of your tour or the provision of the tourism service that you have ordered, we will need the necessary cooperation from you. This cooperation includes in particular the following obligations:

1. Provide true and complete information in the tour contract and other documents required for the implementation of the tour, or in the documents required for the provision of individual tourism services,
2. Submit to us the documents for applying for a visa and take over from us all the documents necessary for the proper use of travel services,
3. Fulfill vaccination and other health obligations that are required for visiting the country in question,
4. To arrive at the destination at the specified time with all the documents that are necessary

for departure and for entry into the respective countries of residence and transit (i.e. valid travel document, visa, proof of health insurance, proof of vaccination, etc.).

For the duration of your stay or the use of tourism services, you are obliged to comply with the following:

1. Comply with the legal regulations in force in the country of residence or transit, including all regulations of carriers and accommodation providers,
2. Follow the instructions of the tour guide or other person designated by us and adapt to the set program,
3. Act in such a way that there is no damage to the property of third parties or injury to health,
4. Ensure the accompaniment and supervision of an adult participant for persons under fifteen (15) years of age, as well as for persons whose health condition requires it,
5. Properly and timely file a claim against us and all suppliers in accordance with these general terms and conditions.
